Who we are
Baby Toes is an online children’s footwear shop delivering in Kuwait, at babytoes.shop. For anything on this page, write to babytoes.kw@gmail.com.
What we collect when you order
Your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. We use it to deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to you unless you ask us to.
Payment
Every order is cash on delivery. We never ask for, receive or store card or bank details, because no card is ever entered on this site.
Visits to this site
We keep our own simple record of which pages are viewed, so we know what people are looking for. No IP address is stored. Visitors are counted using a code that is scrambled fresh every day, which is enough to count how many people visited and nothing more — it cannot be traced back to a person, or linked from one day to the next.
Google and Meta
This site loads Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. These are used to measure how well our advertising works. They may set cookies and may recognise a browser across other websites. You can limit this at Google Ad Settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Cookies
Cookies keep your shopping bag and your saved items working, and support the measurement described above. Blocking all cookies in your browser will stop parts of the shop from working.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and for handling returns. Visit records are kept in summary form only.
Your choices
Email babytoes.kw@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page, and the date below changes with it.
