By ordering from babytoes.shop you accept the terms on this page. Please read them alongside our returns policy and privacy policy.
Where we sell
We sell and deliver within Kuwait only. We do not ship outside Kuwait.
Prices
All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are shown to three decimal places. The total shown at checkout, including delivery, is what you pay. Prices can change, but never after an order is confirmed.
Your order
When you place an order we email you a confirmation. That confirms we received it. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and you will not be charged for it.
Delivery
Same day delivery across all governorates of Kuwait, at a flat 1.000 KD. Someone must be available at the address to receive the order and to pay.
Payment
Cash on delivery, paid to the driver when your order arrives. We do not accept card payment on this site at present.
Sizes and colour
Sizes are 0-6M, 6-12M and 12-18M and are a guide — babies vary. If a pair does not fit, our returns policy covers you. Screens differ, so a colour may look slightly different in person to how it appears in a photograph.
Returns
Unworn pairs may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The full terms are on the returns and refunds page.

Governing law
