If something is not right, you have 14 days. We want every pair to fit.
Returning a pair
You may return any unworn pair within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
- Shoes must be unworn, in their original box, in the condition they arrived in.
- Please try them indoors on a clean surface, and keep the box until you are sure of the fit.
- The 14 days run from the day your order is delivered.
How to start a return
Email babytoes.kw@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is faulty, a photo. We reply within 24 hours and arrange collection anywhere in Kuwait — you do not need to go anywhere.
How your refund is paid
Refunds are issued within 7 days of the shoes being collected.
A refund covers the price of the item. The 1.000 KD delivery charge is not refunded — unless the pair was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case you pay nothing at all.
Exchanges
Exchange for another size or another style within the same 14 days, subject to availability. Our sizes are 0-6M, 6-12M and 12-18M.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a pair arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We collect it and deliver the correct pair, or refund you in full including delivery. There is no charge to you in that case.
